Nirbhau Naari Suraksha Foundation is an NGO dedicated to empowering women and girls through self-defense training. The organization provides free self-defense training to girls of different age groups. Our objective is to provide a safe environment for girls and equip them with the necessary skills and knowledge to protect themselves against gender-based violence. The training is designed to teach students how to defend themselves against a variety of attackers, both armed and unarmed.  In addition to self-defense classes,  Nirbhau Naari Suraksha

   Foundation also provides education and vocational training to underprivileged women. The organization has trained more than 2.5 Lacs women and girls and has been running the self-defense training program with spectacular success.  Nirbhau Naari Suraksha Foundation is working to make self-defense an integral part of the mindset and culture, especially among girls, and to make a business out of it.  Nirbhau Naari Suraksha Foundation is committed to providing an empowering environment for women and girls and to ending violence against women.

 

What is Krav Maga

Krav Maga is an Israeli self-defense system that focuses on real-world scenarios and is designed to be used in the most dangerous situations. It is the only system that teaches you how to fight with multiple attackers and weapons. Krav Maga is not a sport, but rather an effective self-defense system that focuses on teaching individuals how to defend themselves against a variety of attackers, both armed and unarmed. It includes techniques to defend against punches, kicks, chokes, and holds, as well as how to use weapons such as sticks, knives, and firearms. Krav Maga also teaches individuals how to make effective decisions while under physical and mental duress.

Who is Krav Maga trainer?

Prabhsharan Kaur is a certified Krav Maga trainer and has been providing self-defense training to Indian women and girls. She has trained more than 2.5 Lacs women and girls all over India and mostly in remote areas and unreachable sectors. She has one of the most successful self defence training programs in India and has been trained by leading experts in the field. Prabhsharan teaches the basics of self defence, such as how to protect oneself from different types of attackers, as well as more advanced techniques, such as how to fight with multiple attackers and weapons. Prabhsharan’s training has been instrumental in providing Indian women and girls with the skills and knowledge to protect themselves against gender-based violence.

She has trained around 2.5 Lakh+ women and children all around India mostly in remote areas and unreachable sectors.
