The training module is structured in such a way that it leves up from basic to advanced towards its completion.
This module consists of a detailed plan divided into 9 parts as follows.
- SITUATION SENSE – IDENTIFYING THE LEVEL OF THREAT
Situation Sense is an important self-defense concept that, if properly applied, can help keep people safe. It’s all about understanding the situations around you as quickly and accurately as possible to help you make the best decisions for your safety.
- NEGOTIATION – THREAT DE-ESCALATION
It is an important self-defense skill that can be used to diffuse aggressive, potentially violent situations. It involves using verbal and nonverbal communication, situational sense, and an awareness of one’s surroundings in order to de-escalate the situation and prevent it from becoming more confrontational.
- FLIGHT OR FIGHT REACTION & DECISION
It is also a powerful instinctive response built into our brains. It is a primal, automatic reflex that activates an internal switch to fight or flee in the presence of perceived danger. This response has been developed by our ancestors over thousands of years to protect us from harm and keep us safe.
- PHYSICAL TECHNIQUES AND TRAINING IN FIELD/ MOCK DRILLS
These skills are essential for those working in high-risk environments. Developing situation sense and self-defence skills helps not just to protect oneself, but also to de-escalate potential threats. This can be achieved through a combination of mental preparation and physical training.
- CRIME HEADS UNDER (IPC) AWARENESS AND SCENARIO TRAINING
Crime and violence are major issues that our society faces today, and it is important to ensure that individuals understand the dangers of these issues and how to best protect themselves from them. To this end, various methods have been developed to help increase awareness of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) in order to better protect citizens from harm.
- LEGAL AWARENESS TRAINING – PROVIDING ACCURATE AND APPROPRIATE INFORMATION TO THE POLICE AFTER THE SITUATION

Mother Children Training is a self-defence program designed to teach children the important skills necessary for dealing with potentially dangerous situations. The program focuses on teaching self-awareness, situation sense & personal safety.
- POST TRAUMA COUNSELING TRAINING – SUPPORT GROUPS & BUDDY COUNSELING
Trauma counselling and training are essential for those working in dangerous, high-stress situations. It is a way of ensuring that individuals have the skills and mindset to deal with potentially life-threatening scenarios.
- TRAIN THE TRAINER – EMPLOYMENT PLAN (SELECTED WOMEN)
